2011 Division I ITA Kick-Off Weekend Kicks Off This Weekend
SKILLMAN, N.J. - The third annual ITA Kick-Off Weekend will be held
January 28-31, featuring 15 men's and 15 women's teams serving
as host sites with four teams at each site vying to advance to the
ITA National Team Indoor Championships.
The 15 men's teams that win both of their matches at these events
will be invited to play in the Feb. 18-21 ITA National Men's Team
Indoor Championship in Seattle, WA, hosted by the University of
Washington, while the 15 women's teams that win both of their
matches at these events will be invited to play in the Feb. 18-21
ITA National Women's Team Indoor Championship at the at the Boar's
Head Sports Club (hosted by the University of Virginia).
The No.
1 team in each site will face the No. 4 team. The No. 2 team will
face the No. 3 team. Two matches are guaranteed - the winners/losers
will play the following day.
