Sampras Reveals His Opinion of Olympic Tennis
Pete
Sampras won most things he craved during his tennis career with the
exception of the French Open. At the time the lack an Olympic gold medal
in his trophy collection didn’t seem such a disappointment but now he
thinks otherwise.
Nevertheless, Sampras
has called for Olympic tennis format to be overhauled and turned into a
competition with a much stronger team format.

Fish is slowly regaining his confidence in his body after his heartbeat
health scare of earlier this year. The American who reached a top 10
ranking but now stands 13th has revealed how he's trying to overcome his
fear.
The 29-year-old who
returned to play a few rounds at Wimbledon months after undergoing a
medical procedure to stabilize his runaway heartbeat, will test himself
further as he plays Team Tennis this month.
Federer Shares His
Strategy to Regain Number One

Federer has made more tennis history as he begins a record 287th week as
world No. 1 after returning to the top of the ATP table thanks to his
seventh Wimbledon title claimed a week ago.
"I never stopped
believing...it all worked out," said Federer as his record week
approached. "I got great momentum, great confidence and it all came
together."

“Desperate” to Win Olympic Gold
Heartbroken
Wimbledon finalist Andy Murray will hope to rescue his Grand Slam
disappointment with living a dream of gold medal glory at the hometown
London Olympics starting on July 28. After falling to Roger Federer at
Wimbledon as she Swiss won his seventh trophy at the All England club,
Murray has doubled down on determination in an effort to put things
right at the Games.
"I'm desperate to win
a gold at the Olympics," he told London's Daily Mirror. "It would be the
-ultimate moment. To me, the Olympics is the biggest sporting
competition by miles. It gives me a chance of doing well at home and
with friends and family. I can go home in the evening to see them and
it's a lot more relaxing than other periods of the year."
