Federer Gets Apology From Would-Be Assassin

bizarre internet threat against Roger Federer took another twist on
Wednesday with the alleged plotter who had said he would assassinate the
Swiss before this week's Shanghai Masters "apologizing" online.
Hewitt Not Ready To Retire

Hewitt, currently world no.105 and more than two years on from his last
ATP World Tour title is insistent he is not ready to follow the Andy
Roddick route into retirement and is already planning his 2013 schedule
with a commitment to play the year opening event in Brisbane.
Murray Is Comfortable With Australian Open Progress

Murray is insistent he was never happy with the potential threat to
boycott the Australian Open over the matter of prize money and applauded
the reaction of the tournament organizers to raise the cash on offer to
$Aus30 million.
Murray spoke to Australian Open tournament director Craig Tiley on the
subject earlier this week in Shanghai and said: “It sounds like the
talks went pretty well, which is good and I think the Australian Open
has stepped up really well.
Baltacha Bouncing Back After Surgery
Former
British no.1 women’s player Elena Baltacha has successfully undergone
surgery to remove a bone spur in her right ankle and now the 29-year-old
will convalesce before deciding on whether to continue with her playing
career or concentrate on the tennis academy she has established in her
home town of Ipswich.

at all the major and minor tennis tournaments for the wires systems,
daily newspapers, magazines and advertising agencies. He has been to
venues all over the world and has compiled tennis images (archives) of
all the professionals and some juniors. The images have all been
preserved in a temperature-controlled environment and are color
positives (slides), color and black & white negatives and contact
sheets, as well as digital. There are in excess of 400,000 images and
they are for sale. Seller will transfer copyright and will give total
