Baltacha Plans To
Play Two More Years
Britain’s
long-time no.1 ranked women’s player Elena Baltacha admitted she needed
an extended term of reassessment after the Olympic Games to see if she
really wanted to continue the grind of WTA life. But the 29 year-old,
now overtaken on the rankings by the youthful duo of Heather Watson and
Laura Robson, has decided she can play for two more years.

Matt Ebden, ranked 61 in the world last October but currently back
outside the top 100, has taken the constructive step of appointing
former top tenner Peter McNamara has his new coach.

tennis heroine Sam Stosur will be the holiday headliner for the Brisbane
joint ATP-WTA event as the former US Open winner plays the New Year's
eve match as the 2013 tennis season gets underway with a celebration.
Barty To Replace
Dellacqua In Hopman Cup
Former
junior Wimbledon winner Ash Barty has been given a major career break
after being chosen to substitute for injured Casey Dellacqua on the
Australian team for this month's start of the Hopman Cup. Barty, 16, and
ranked 175, will make her surprise debut in the eight-nation team
competition at Perth, western Australia, playing alongside 20-year-old
compatriot Bernard Tomic.

daily newspapers, magazines and advertising agencies. He has been to
venues all over the world and has compiled tennis images (archives) of
all the professionals and some juniors. The images have all been
preserved in a temperature-controlled environment and are color
positives (slides), color and black & white negatives and contact
sheets, as well as digital. There are in excess of 400,000 images and

seeking a dynamic high energy creative Tennis Professional.
Collegiate and tournament playing experience is needed in addition
to a minimum 3 years of full time experience teaching juniors of
all levels and women’s competitive teams.
Looking for an
innovative and motivated professional who is willing to help develop,
organize and teach women’s competitive teams, junior programs (of all
levels) in addition to teaching private lessons. The program consists of
150 women team tennis players, 60 men players and over 100 junior
players. There is a teaching staff totaling 3 full time professionals
who all report to the Tennis Director. All 3 pros also help organize
and run social and special events.
This is a chance to
receive the education and experience needed to become a future Tennis

Compensation
includes: above average base salary and commission on lessons and
