Delray Beach To
Host Fed Cup Tie With Sweden
The
USTA announced that the Delray Beach Tennis Center in Delray Beach,
Fla., has been selected as the site for the 2013 Fed Cup World Group
Playoff between the United States and Sweden, April 20-21.
ITF Agrees To A
Change Of Venue For Fed Cup Tie Switzerland Vs. Australia
The
geographical course of the tennis calendar has meant Australia has given
up home advantage in their upcoming Fed Cup World Group playoff tie
against Switzerland on April 20-21.
Samantha Stosur and
the other leading Australian players will all be in Europe, about to
contest the ensuing Porsche Grand Prix in Stuttgart that begins the
following day and concentrated on the buildup to the French Open.

Nadal has disputed Spanish media reports which say that his nephew will
be heading home after this week on clay in Acapulco and will not risk
his fragile knees on hardcourt at Indian Wells and Miami.

recognition of his accomplishments, Mats Wilander was enshrined in the
International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2002. In a special ceremony on
Sunday at the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships this
important achievement was celebrated once again with the presentation of
his official Hall of Fame ring.
