Haas Defeats
Djokovic In Miami

http://www.tenniscelebs.com/images/getty/Haas%20Arms%20Up%2088780125.jpg" width="73" height="100" align="left" hspace="5">Tommy
Haas turns 35 years of age next week, he doesn’t even merit a clothing
deal and plays in a miss-matched collection of clothing with different
manufacturers logos. And he has successfully come through five different
bouts of surgery but the American-based German who first contested
Miami’s Sony Open in its previous guise as the Lipton back in 1997
comprehensively ousted world no.1 Novak Djokovic.

Great Britain
Gears Up For Davis Cup Without Murray

http://www.tenniscelebs.com/images/LTA%20Logo.jpg" width="100" height="26" align="left" hspace="5">Britain
may stage the sport’s most historic and arguably the world’s most
prestigious tennis tournament in Wimbledon, the Barclays ATP World Tour
Finals at London’s 02 Arena may be one of tennis’ great box office
successes and Andy Murray is currently both the Olympic and US Open
champion. However when it comes to Davis Cup, the British are forced to
call on two players outside the world’s top 200 to try and further the
chances of a return to the elite World Group.

Querrey: US Men
Losing Before Quarters Becoming The Norm

http://www.tenniscelebs.com/images/DTN%202013/Querrey%20Presser.jpg" width="75" height="100" align="left" hspace="5">After
Tomas Berdych blew him out in the third round of the Sony Open in Miami,
America’s new No. 1 player Sam Querrey intimated that there is no room
to panic. While that might be true. it is still taking US fans time to
get used to consistently not having American men in the final stages of
big tournaments. There were no US men in the quarters of Indian Wells
either, or at the Australian Open. Querrey is the highest ranked
American at No. 20, with his Davis Cup teammate John Isner ranked No.
23.
