Retail Management Position for Tennis Specialty Store
Gut Reaction Darien, Conn.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to learn and deliver all aspects of the tennis retail business. Candidate must have background in Tennis as a teaching professional, player, or have extensive shop experience. All three would be the best package. Candidate must be knowledgeable about current racquet selections, footwear, apparel, and stringing. USRSA, MRA, USPTA, PTR certifications are all good.
Duties will include: stringing, ordering, tracking, customer service, buying, all day to day operations in a fast paced environment. We are currently looking to expand and looking for the right candidates. In addition to our main location we service 5 summer country clubs and 3 indoor facilities.
Compensation will be based on experience and growth potential; it will include hourly rate, percentage of sales, vacation time, and health benefits. We will work with candidate to figure out best package for both of us.
